What's the difference between In-Stock and Made-to-Order items?
In-Stock Items
Products that our suppliers make in bulk and keep an inventory of. These items sell more often, pricing is generally lower, and delivery times are faster.
Made-to-Order Items
Products that are only made when an order is placed. These items have longer turnaround times.
How long do orders take to arrive?
In Stock Items
These items typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
On Demand Items
These items typically take 2 weeks, however delivery times vary based on availability and production schedules.
Where do you ship to?
Orders placed on the website can only be shipped to Canada. However, we do offer shipping outside of Canada upon request.
If you’d like to place an order for delivery outside of Canada, please email danm@polarpromo.com. Note that these orders will include shipping and freight charges, and you may be responsible for additional duties or import fees upon delivery.
Can I return an item?
Yes, returns are accepted for unused items. Please email danm@polarpromo.com to arrange a pickup, and we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.

What if my item doesn’t fit and I need to exchange it?
If you need to exchange an apparel item for a different size, please email danm@polarpromo.com with your order number, item details, and the size you need.
Why do some items have minimum order requirements?
Certain goods and specialty apparel have minimum order quantities set by the brand to maintain competitive pricing.
What happens if an item is on backorder?
If an item is out of stock, it will be placed on backorder and shipped as soon as inventory is available. Any in stock items from the same order will ship immediately unless you request the order to be shipped in full.
What if I need a custom order?
If you need a product or brand that is not offered on the site or want a custom design, fill out our Custom Order Form or email us at edswagshop@ellisdon.com.
