We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Unworn or unused, with tags attached
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at danm@polarpromo.com with:

• Your proof of purchase
• The location for item pickup

Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been worn or used are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

For a faster exchange, we recommend initiating a return first. Once your return is approved, we will send the correct item as a replacement.
